Petroleum Traders Corporation is currently seeking an Aging Specialist. This role works with multiple departments within the company and with customers with past due balances to secure payment and provide customer support to meet the needs of all customers while working alongside the Credit department for annual customer financial reviews.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Obtain payment information through diligent follow up with customers via email and phone
  • Provide customer support on any issues related to invoicing
  • Review and analysis of financial statements and/or profit/loss statements
  • Approval of new accounts
  • Review request for increase of credit lines
  • Maintain comprehensive up-to-date credit files
  • Monitor D&B reports & understanding of exposure
Qualifications and Skills
  • High School Diploma as a Minimum
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
